§ 01 · On building

A cairn is a small stack of stones, placed deliberately, to mark the way forward on rough ground.

We work the same way. We don't chase the next platform or the next round. We find a small group of people doing real work, watch them struggle with the part of the job nobody wants to do, and build the thing that takes the pain out. Then we do it again. One stone at a time, set carefully, so the next person on the trail can see where we came from.
